Cancellation & Refund Policy

We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation and refund policy. It helps us maintain fairness and consistency for everyone.

In-Person Workshops

Seats for our in-person workshops are limited, and are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure your spot, full tuition payment is required at the time of registration. Financing options via Klarna or AfterPay are available at checkout. Registration closes either when the workshop reaches capacity or two (2) business days before the start date.

If a workshop is hosted by a third-party sponsor, their cancellation and refund policies will apply and take precedence over ours.

We do not offer payment plans, but have a third party financing option through Klarna or AfterPay to make accessing this education more attainable.Ā 

Since we keep our class sizes small for the best learning experience, every seat is valuable. Hereā€™s how cancellations work:

If You Cancel 60 Days or More Before the Workshop

  • Transfer: You can transfer your tuition to a future Sparrowā€™s Nest workshop for a $50 transfer fee.
  • Refund: You can get a refund, minus a $150 cancellation fee.

If You Cancel Less Than 60 Days Before or Donā€™t Show Up

  • Tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable.

If Sparrowā€™s Nest Cancels the Workshop
Weā€™ll notify you by email and give you two options:

  1. Transfer your tuition to a future Sparrowā€™s Nest workshop.
  2. Receive a full refund to your original payment method.

While weā€™re happy to offer these options, please note that weā€™re not responsible for travel or other expenses related to your attendance. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself against unexpected changes.

Illness or Emergencies

Life happens, and we totally get that. While we donā€™t have a standardized policy for illnesses or emergencies, weā€™ll handle these situations on a case-by-case basis.

Online Courses & Digital Products

All sales for online courses and digital products are final, and weā€™re unable to offer refunds or transfers for these.
